WHAT

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just love to move, this House Dance class is designed to get your body grooving and your heart pumping. Focused on rhythm, footwork, and self-expression, this session blends the fundamentals of house dance with a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is energizing.

Each 60-minute class kicks off with a dynamic warm-up to get you loose and ready to move. You'll then dive into learning essential house steps, exploring groove, flow, and musicality. After mastering the basics, you'll put it all together in a short, high-energy sequence that brings the moves to life. We’ll finish with a grounding cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and connected.

This class is open to all levels – whether you’re new to dance or returning to it, you’ll build confidence, coordination, and rhythm while having a great time.

WHO

Luke Harris is a dynamic movement artist and dance instructor known for his infectious energy and love for House culture. With a focus on freedom, flow, and fun, Luke’s classes will leave you sweating, smiling, and feeling the beat long after the session ends.
