A deeply restorative experience combining guided breathwork, meditation, and ambient vocal textures and lo-if sounds - created to release stress, ease mental tension, and bring you back to a grounded, centred state.
You’ll rest comfortably on your mat, wrapped in warmth, as we begin with steady, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system and anchor your awareness. From there, a guided visual meditation will lead you into a quieter inner space, helping you connect with your intuition, soften the mind, and invite deep rest.
As you drift in this meditative state, the practitioner will offer gentle, healing touch to encourage physical and energetic release, with soft vocal tones woven into an ambient soundscape to support harmony throughout.
