Ready to try something new? Join The Ministry Run Club: couch to 5k.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll build up from walking, jogging, and steady pacing all the way to a full 5K - beginners, together. Whether you're brand new to running or easing back into it, this is a no-ego, no-intimidation zone.
You’ll get access to a WhatsApp group for support and updates - sign up and we’ll send you the details.
WHEN
Taking place twice a week 7:30AM - 8:30AM, starting Tuesday 2nd September and Thursday 4th September, with a Coach leading the sessions. The last session will be a 5K or 10K run on October 9th at 6PM, in support of Jai Dog Rescue Charity.
