WHAT

Perfect for anybody looking to incorporate a Strength and Circuit training session into their week, this full-body focused workout is designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and help bulletproof your joints.

Each 40-minute session will consist of a rotation of stations, with focused strength exercises and circuit-style training at each zone. You'll be combining full-body strength movements, functional exercises, and core stability work while moving to an energizing playlist. Regardless of experience levels, every attendee will leave feeling stronger and more balanced, quickly noticing improvements in daily life, other workouts, and overall wellbeing.

If you're consistent with this class, you can expect to correct imbalances, improve muscular strength and endurance, and enhance your overall movement efficiency (basically, you’ll get fitter while having a great time).

WHO

Lisa Mags is a PT and instructor dedicated to helping people move their bodies for improved fitness, strength, and mobility- all while finding joy in movement. Join her sessions for an epic strength and circuit workout.
