45 minutes of deep stretching & mobility work to help you iron out any kinks, promote active recovery and support any other workouts you're getting on with in class or in the gym. This session gives you a chance to recharge your body. Book your ticket to enjoy this low-impact yoga class on your lunch break. Open to all abilities and bodies, progressions and regressions will be offered to ensure you're getting the most from your session.

Karis will be guiding you through an accessible, calming session backed by a playlist to soothe your soul.
 
To ensure everyone's safety: 

• Please arrive on time, late entry won't be allowed  
• Please ensure you've had a gym induction. If you haven't yet had one, please book through our website or app.
• Please inform Karis of any injuries, pregnancies or excuses ahead of the session.
Please wipe down your mat & block post workout, antibacterial hand gel and wipes will be provided.
Please maintain social distancing. You will have a designated mat, stay on it.
Capacity is limited so please make sure you turn up to your slot or cancel to free up the ticket if you can no longer attend.
