10 AM – 10:45 AM | Your Weekly Sweat

Yoga Flow with Sophie 

A grounding and calming yoga practice that will help you to feel more connected to your body and breath. We will begin with some breathwork to calm your nervous system followed by a mixture of gentle poses to relax the mind and some mobility work to help you feel more limber. Sophie has designed this class to be inclusive of complete beginners but also beneficial for the more practiced yogi. 

Strength & Conditioning with Molly

A high intensity, high endurance style conditioning class with high energy from the get go. This session will help improve your fitness whilst boosting those endorphins & leave you feeling empowered.

 

Vibes

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | DJ in The Bar – Set the tone for your Sunday.

Stay & connect – Whether you're hanging out post-session, refuelling with brunch, or just soaking up the energy, this is a space to build friendships, let go, and feel at home.
