THE VOGA METHOD

A series where each sequence each week has a specific bodypart and chakra focus, whilst offering a full body workout.

1/ VOGA SLOW - We'll ease in with the root chakra and leg focused workout.

Colour RED

A slow sultry session to 80s and house beats to introduce you to the basics of VOGA. Strong pyramid/triangular shapes and bases that allow you to open up while grounding and supporting the body. A chance to truly express feminine power and demonstrate the endurance of the fashion pose on a scientific level with a physiological effect on the body.
