This event is perfect for beginners to calisthenics (don't worry if you've never tried it before!) who want to build confidence in bodyweight exercises, as well as for those with some experience looking to refine their technique.


The workout:
12:45-13:45
A beginner-friendly calisthenics workout designed to challenge and inspire.

  • Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and more foundational moves.
  • Bodyweight exercises to build strength, flexibility, and control.

Goal setting session
13:45-14:15 ish

A creative goal-setting session where you’ll make your own 2025 Bingo Card—a fun, visual way to track and achieve your goals throughout the year!

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable workout gear.
  • Water bottle.
  • A notebook or phone for jotting down ideas during the session. (we will also have some card/paper for your goal setting)

Whether you’re a total novice or have dabbled in calisthenics, you’ll feel right at home. No prior experience needed—just bring your energy and an open mind :)
