Location: The Gym

The gym is pretty sexy, right? So is health and safety. It’s essential you’re inducted into the gym to understand the exciting do’s and don’ts so we can get you up and running. Aimed at those who’re already comfortable in a gym environment, this induction is run in small groups and is stripped back to the key points to get you using the space asap.

Tickets to Gym Inductions are limited, please ensure you book a ticket to guarantee a space and if there no tickets are available, please book a different day or time. Walk in’s for Gym inductions will not be accepted

** Please note it is mandatory to sign a Gym Health and Safety Waiver before using the gym or attend fitness classes. Waivers are sent out with the members onboarding pack or can be signed with reception.
