Join our resistance band full body class, the love child of Pilates, Barre and Resistance training! Using resistance bands of varying intensities and following the principles of mat Pilates, this session targets muscles across your body, improving strength, flexibility and endurance. With exercises tailored for all fitness levels, you'll experience a low impact, high intensity workout that challenges you while being gentle on your joints. This is a perfect workout if you can only make one session per week and will compliment as existing training schedule as an effective way to sculpt your body and boost overall fitness.
