WHAT
45 minutes of seamless yoga flows to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility in your body whilst calming your mind. This session is intended to push you further physically and mentally by providing more advanced postures and suggested progressions than Friday's yoga, but fear not, guidance will be offered for those who are new to the practice to ensure all ability and experience levels are comfortable, and to ensure you're getting the most from your session.
