WHAT

Social Wellness Club are turning 1 in style. Join them for this ultimate wellness experience in partnership with Wellnergy. Discover and celebrate your best self: with a day of nutrition, mindfulness, movement and energy packed sessions. 

Those who book a ticket and attend sessions will get their hands on a SWC party bag filled with their favourite snacks and wellbeing goodies.

Expect four different wellness zones, will all sessions included in your ticket. 

High energy movement (lift heavy, sweat hard and go go go!)

Low impact movement (Pilates, yoga and more)

Intimate workshops (explore your creativity, get empowered, learn new skills)

SWC flagship Speaker Sessions (dive deep into gut health, mindfulness and explore new areas of wellness) 

Every hour between 1500 and 1900 SWC will run something in each zone, it's up to you which session you want to attend.
