Whether you're grappling with mental health concerns or an employer looking to foster a supportive workplace culture, this talk offers invaluable perspectives and actionable insights for all.

For this Women Who Lead, we will be joined by an awe-inspiring panel who are not only creating exceptional work in their day-to-day lives, but they are bringing the next generation of women up with them!

The panel comprises of Anastasia Vinnikova, a mental health specialist who has helped charities, the Bank of England and various organisations with mental health support and guidance on workplace policy and Ashley Fontaine. Through Ashley's work in learning and development as well as her work for the mental health charity, Mind, Ashley Fontaine has helped destigmatise mental health by educating and supporting those who need it most.
