WHAT

It's time to welcome wine club back to Ministry members. The perfect way to sink into the working week. 

In this session we will delve into the 3000 years old drink that is cherished as traditional drink of Japan, sake. We will talk about history, production method and pairing suggestions.

WHO

Maxim Kassir, Head Sommelier at The Aubrey, from Moldova, a winemaking country in Eastern Europe. He currently serves as the Head Sommelier at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. He oversees the wine and sake program, managing wine service and assisting guests in navigating our extensive wine and sake list. He enjoys sharing what he has learnt with guests and colleagues which is why he is a WSET wine educator.
