WHAT

It's time to chase those endorphins and work up a sweat, all before 9am! 

This full body workout starts with a strength-focused, functional training exercises where you will explore technique and learn how movements should feel for your body. You'll then use that movement in a workout which ends with a cardio finisher to capture those endorphins and set you up for the day ahead.

This session is for everyone, regardless of fitness levels as progressions and regressions can be applied to all movements; you will be pushed to challenge yourself and unlock your full potential. Come ready to work hard before you reap the rewards of improved physical and mental strength.
