EXPRESS MEDITATION

WHAT 

In these express meditation sessions, you’ll be guided through a 20-minute meditation focused on reconnecting to your parasympathetic nervous system (the bit of your body that keeps you calm) in order to flush out cortisol (the dreaded stress hormone) and reduce feelings of stress or anxiety. You’ll then experience 10 minutes of deep relaxation before coming back into the space feeling refreshed and energised. Expect an immersive experience with carefully curated mindful tunes, essential oils and optional massage techniques.

These classes are beginner friendly, so if you have been sceptical of the practice of meditation come along and try it in a safe and convenient space. 

Expect to feel calmer, clearer headed and more connected to yourself by the end of session one.
