WHAT 

Join Mayra and Tor, a noetic Sound & Energy Healing Duo for a Sound Bath and Energy Healing journey to reduce stress and activate your innate healing abilities. As a pair, they'll channel sound and energy healing using Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls to care for the body as a whole.

The workshop will consist of a guided meditation, immersive sound healing (bowls and vocal) and hands-on energy healing. The combination is designed to promote energy flow and the release of energetic blocks. You can expect to leave feeling grounded in yourself with an increased self-awareness and connection with your intuition and purpose. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook with you to write down any thoughts that pop up through the workshop and note, hands on healing will be provided during the session.

WHO

Tor is a multidisciplinary spiritual practitioner who draws upon holistic practices: coaching, psychology, visual meditation, breathwork, psychism, tarot and colour/crystal/sound energy healing. Mayra is a certified Meditation Teacher, Breathwork and Sound Practitioner, Flower & Vibrational Essences Practitioner and Quantum Energy Healing and Vortex Practitioner.
