Perfect for anybody who is looking to get a High Intensity Training Session into their week, this full body focused High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT] workout is going to make you sweat, keep you strong, and help bulletproof your joints

Each 45-minute session will consist of a rotation of stations, with short bursts of high intensity training at each zone. You'll be combining full body strength training movements, plyometrics and core stability exercises whilst getting your sweat on to an epic playlist. Regardless of experience levels, every attendee will leave feeling stronger and will quickly reap the benefits throughout their everyday life, in other training sessions and in their mood

If you're consistent with this class, you can expect to correct imbalances, improve power & efficiency of movement, and level up your cardio and muscular endurance (basically, you will get fitter while having a great time)
