MEMBER LOYALTY PERKS

£5 F&B credit

A. All active workspace members and hot desk members of the Ministry – Borough Road as at 17 April 2023 or who join thereafter (up until the promotion end date) are eligible for a £5 credit which shall be added to their membership card (the “Credit”).

B. The Credit may be redeemed against any food or beverage items purchased from the deli at Ministry – Borough Road.

C. To redeem the Credit eligible members must present their member card when purchasing food or beverage items and tap their card on the card reader at the point of sale.

D. The Credit but must be applied within a single transaction and can only be applied once and any remaining balance will be forfeited. If the transaction amount due is greater than the credit, the balance must be settled in full by an alternative payment method at the point of sale.

E. The Credit must be claimed within 3 months of issue and any Credit balance remaining at the end of this period shall be forfeited. The Credit is non-transferable for cash and will be forfeited if a member ceases to be an active member of the Ministry – Borough Road.

Digital Coffee Punch Card scheme:

A. All active workspace members and hot desk members of the Ministry – Borough Road are entitled to participate from 17 April 2023.

B. Where an eligible member purchases eight hot beverages from the deli at Ministry – Borough Road it shall be entitled to a free hot beverage.

C. To participate eligible members must present their member card when purchasing hot beverages and tap their card on the card reader at the point of sale so that purchases can be logged. Free hot beverages are redeemed in the same way once a member is eligible.

D. Hot beverages include all coffee-based drinks (included iced), teas and hot chocolate but excludes all alcoholic drinks, canned or bottled soft drinks, smoothies and protein shakes.

E. Paper punch cards will be discontinued from the launch date of the Digital Coffee Punch Card scheme and existing paper punch cards in circulation with at least one punch may be returned to the deli and a complimentary hot beverage redeemed for a period of 90 days from the launch date of the Digital Coffee Punch Card scheme.

F. Stamps and free beverages are non-transferrable for cash and will be forfeited if a member ceases to be an active member of the Ministry – Borough Road.

General terms applicable to all Ministry loyalty perks

We reserve the right to end any particular Ministry loyalty perk or change the terms that apply to them at any time.
