Disclaimer for Lumi Therapy Ice Bath Challenge @ the Ministry, organised by Lumi Therapy LTD and 79 Borough Road Limited (the “Event Organisers”).

By participating in the ice bath experience at the Lumi Therapy event @ the Ministry (“Event”), you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with submerging yourself in cold water and acknowledge and agree the matters set out below.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that entering an ice bath involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to hypothermia, frostbite, increased heart rate, respiratory issues, physical discomfort, injury, or even death. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this activity, and understand the risks associated with your participation in the Event.

Health and Safety: You represent and warrant that you are in good health and physical condition, and have no medical or health issues that could be exacerbated by participating in the ice bath experience. You acknowledge that the Event Organisers and their representatives are not qualified to evaluate your medical or health condition, and it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in this activity.

Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that in the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the Event Organisers, your participation in the Event is entirely at your own risk and under your own medical advice.

Photography and Videography: Filming and/or photography will be taking place at the Event. Please see notices displayed at the Event for further details. If you do not wish to be included in such content, please let the photographer or a member of crew know.

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this disclaimer notice. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer notice, you must not participate in the Event.
