CAREERS.
Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 in a disused bus garage in South London, pioneering the UK’s first 24-hour nightclub with no alcohol and a sound system that shook the walls. Since then, we grew into the world’s largest independent record company (now part of Sony), and have staged unforgettable dance events – including one for 50,000 people at the O2 to mark the Millennium.
In 2018, we opened The Ministry – a 50,000 sq. ft workspace and members’ club in SE1, complete with a gym, studio, deli, meeting rooms, event spaces and jam-packed cultural events programme.
Alongside sits Ministry Venues, a leading venue hire and events company offering a collection of remarkable spaces across two London sites. From large-scale conferences and brand activations to product launches and even weddings, we’re backed by an expert in-house team delivering seamless experiences for clients who want their events to stand out.
We also founded and operate Jai Dog Rescue, our charity supporting Thailand’s street dogs, and we fundraise across the group – from revenue contributions, ticket sales and seasonal campaigns to staff-led initiatives.
As a group, we’re serious about quality, obsessed with detail, and always pushing to improve – but we never take ourselves too seriously. We laugh a lot, work hard, and do things differently. If you hate cliché, love creativity, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in standing out, we’d love to hear from you.
